Why Bad Ass Coffee Orange Beach Stands Out
If you love Hawaiian Coffee, you are going to love Badass Coffee Shop Orange Beach. My husband is a complete coffee snob, and he went back two days in a row to try different coffee drinks.
I am pretty sure we will be making this a frequent stop on our days in Orange Beach.
They have an epic menu that includes a few things I had never heard of, including Cold Brew lemonade (Hawaiian cold brew and classic lemonade topped with coconut cold foam).
The iced chai is amazing! It is one of my favorite chai tea's in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. I would drive out of my way to get a Bad Ass Coffee Iced Chai.
My husband loves the Caramel Kreme de Kona blended (Caramel, white chocolate, and dark chocolate).
They even have a Monkey Mocha with banana and dark chocolate. You can make your own DIY Latte by customizing the flavors you want in your drink.
The Story Behind the Name: Honoring Kona's Donkeys
This Orange Beach coffee shop started on the Big Island Of Hawaii and is named after the hard-working donkeys that were used to move bags of coffee beans.
The donkeys of Kona, Hawaii carried precious loads of coffee beans up and down the steep mountains of the Big Island while maintaining their stubborn nature.
The native people of Kona named these hard-working donkeys the "Bad Ass Ones" because of their reliably strong, but stubborn nature in carrying their precious cargo.
Take a trip to the Hawaiian Islands with an epic coffee drink while visiting the amazing beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast.
I lived on the Big Island of Hawaii for a while and love the authentic Hawaiian flavors and how the coffee shop shares Hawaiian Coffee History. It makes me want to book a trip back to the famous Kona region of the Big Island which I love.
The company was started with the goal of sharing American-grown, premium Hawaiian coffee from Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Molokai, Kona and Ka'u.

Cozy Indoor Seating with Hawaiian Vibes
They have a few comfortable tables and chairs in the coffee shop. It is pretty small so there is not a ton of seating.
Whether you are a resident or visitor to Orange Beach, you will love their premium coffees and tea selection. Don't let the coffee shop's name stop you from picking up a great drink and snack.
They also sell unique products/merchandise, including Bad Ass Balls (chocolate-covered mac-nuts) and Pina Colada sours. Plus, fantastic t-shirts, sweatshirts, and coffee mugs and supplies.
