Duck's Diner has been serving epic comfort food since 2003! This local favorite offers one-of-a-kind flavor, comfort food, and a comfortable atmosphere.

We visited Ducks Diner for the first time years ago, and my husband always mentions the sauce on the Creole Shrimp and Grit  Cakes. I am pretty sure he would have brought a bucket of it home if they sold it to him.

Now, we make sure to visit Duck's Diner every chance we get.

One thing we love is Duck's Diner uses locally sourced quality food products and supports sustainable agriculture, local businesses, and it shows.

We love the great food, friendly staff, and comfortable atmosphere. This Orange Beach diner is a local hot spot and so much fun!

Be prepared for Ducks Diner to be popular, especially for breakfast! Arrive early if you do not want to have to wait.

We waited 15 minutes during our last visit and it was well worth it.

The restaurant offers comfortable indoor seating. The chairs do not have sides and are comfortable to sit in.

I was going to list the popular dishes, but honestly, the full menu is delicious. This is a local Orange Beach Restaurant we find ourselves returning to frequently.

I highly suggest ordering a side stack of buttermilk pancakes. They are delish!

Breakfast Menu Highlights (Served All Day!)

There are so many menu highlights that I had to just pick a few so this article wasn't 9 million pages long. Trust me when I say you just need to head to Ducks Diner to see all of the epic menu options.

Creole Shrimp and Grit Cakes - This is the one my husband LOVES!!! Grilled shrimp over fried creole grit cakes infused with gouda cheese, topped with grilled tomatoes, and smothered in their epic homemade Creole Sauce! Served with garlic toast.

Banana Stuffed French Toast - A Gambino roll stuffed with banana, then fried and dipped in cinnamon sugar before they drizzle it with butter pecan sauce.

Corned Beef Hash - 2 eggs (cooked to order), served over corn beef hash, with a choice of either hashbrown, grits, fresh fruit, or a yogurt parfait. Plus a choice between a biscuit, toast, or English muffin.

Pancakes - Choose from a 3 pancake breakfast or specialty pancakes that includes a choice of fresh blueberries, pecans, or chocolate chip.

Biscuits and gravy, country ham steak, bacon, and all of your breakfast favorites in one great Orange Beach restaurant!

Choose from the Southern special of a Meat and 3, Meat and 2 vegetable or grab a 3 or 4 vegetable plate.

Vegetables - Ducks Diner menu includes a great variety of vegetable options including purple hull peas, turnip greens, cream corn, green beans, sliced tomatoes, fried okra, cucumber onion salad, a tossed salad, and more.

Club sandwich - ham, turkey, bacon, Swiss & American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

Ribeye Sandwich - 8 ounces of lightly seasoned ribeye served on a French roll that is topped with lettuce, tomato, and red onion.

They also offer a variety of burgers, fried chicken tenders, grilled chicken breast, hamburger steak, ribeye steak, and sandwiches.

Menu Options for Special Diets

Kids Menu - They have everything from eggs to chocolate chip pancakes kids will love.

Gluten-Free -Double check specific menu items to make sure but we were able to order an epic omelet, hashbrowns, meat, and more.

Vegan - Make sure to confirm how the vegetables are cooked but they have a huge variety available for vegetable plates.

Vegetarian - I was able to find multiple options as a vegetarian. The breakfast omelets are great. The breakfast burrito without meat was delicious!

Signature Cocktails -Duckie Lemonade, Fuzzy Duck, Orange Beach Overboard, Salty Hound Dog, and a Bloody Mary. They have a full bar
