If you have been thinking about booking English Tea at A Charming Teacup the answer is yes! Book it and have a great time.

I can't rave enough about the afternoon tea experience at A Charming Teacup. I went with a great friend to celebrate our birthdays and it was honestly amazing. The excitement of buying a new fascinator hat just for afternoon tea. The planning of what to wear and excitement leading up to the experience just made it even more fun.

The Afternoon Tea Service was everything we hoped it would be. From the amazing service to the delicious tea sandwiches and sweet treats we left with huge smiles on our faces already talking about when we could go back again.

Plan to want to bring home all of the delicious teas that you try. Thankfully, they have a small gift shop with the teas available. The royal tea that we started with was so good I had to bring it home. I wish I had picked up the peach apricot tea. It was delicious.

Indoor Seating

The indoor seating includes tables for 2 to 4 people with padded chairs. The tables are close enough to each other that you could easily have a friends group and interact together.

The tables are set up so you can enjoy conversation with your friends while still seeing how much fun everyone is having enjoying tea.

A Charming Teacup Menu

The Charming Teacup Afternoon Tea experience starts with a pot of Royal Tea (which is amazing). You get to choose the subsequent teas that you want to try.

The tea service is bottomless. You can ring the silver bell on your table to request a new tea or refill of one that you are really enjoying. It feels a bit weird to ring a bell and request service but they kept reminding us that they are there to make sure we have a great time.

Afternoon Tea

The afternoon tea service is served on a three-tier tray with bottomless pots of loose-leaf tea. It includes:

• Scones - Two warm scones served with Devonshire cream and jam
• Chicken Salad Croissant
• English Cucumber Sandwich
• Cream Cheese and Herb Sandwich
• English Sausage Roll
• Seasonal Desserts - Mini cakes, cookies, and truffles. The holiday tea offers a choice of three desserts, including a candy cane truffle.

Royal Afternoon Tea - Also includes Pretty in Pink mocktails
