Grande Caribbean - Orange Beach

You may see Grande Caribbean and Grand Caribbean listed for this Orange Beach Complex. The main sign for the complex says Grande Caribbean but many people shorten it to Grand Caribbean.

This complex is across the street from Cotton Bayou Beach Access which is one of our favorite beaches as locals.

The beach is stunning with white sand, gorgeous water, and a lifeguard stand on the beach. Cotton Bayou Beach Access is part of Gulf State Park. Staying at Grand Caribbean means you can walk across the street when you want to hit the beach rather than paying for parking at the lot. Just note that Perdido Beach Boulevard is a divided highway, so use the crosswalk.

Rental Types

Grand Caribbean offers one and two-bedroom condo units, as well as two-bedroom units with lofts on the top floors with great Gulf views. Floor plans vary by unit and most include bunk beds, making them family-friendly for groups of all sizes.

• Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and blender
• Private washer and dryer in unit
• Private balcony with Gulf, pool, or bay views depending on unit

Beach Access

Cotton Bayou Beach Access is directly across the street and is one of the best public beach access points on the Alabama Gulf Coast. It is part of Gulf State Park with sugar-white sand and gorgeous emerald water. There is a lifeguard stand on the beach. A crosswalk makes getting across Perdido Beach Boulevard easy and safe.

If you want to drive, paid parking is available at the Cotton Bayou lot.

Condo Amenities

Grand Caribbean Condo in Orange Beach features an outdoor pool, barbecue area, fitness center, beach access across the street, and easy access to the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail.

Outdoor Pool

The outdoor pool is located at the front of the building with a nice deck area. Comfortable lounge chairs surround the pool deck and the Gulf breezes help keep it comfortable on a hot Alabama Gulf Coast afternoon. The pool is not heated, keep that in mind if you are visiting during cooler months. There is no hot tub on property.

Barbecue Area

There is a barbecue area at the back of the building next to the parking area. Multiple grills, picnic tables, and a covered area make it a great spot for a cookout after a day at the beach. A solid perk for families and groups who want to grill fresh Gulf seafood without leaving the property.

Fresh seafood is available down the street at Lartiques Market.

Exercise Room/Gym

There is an onsite fitness center with treadmills, elipticals, exercise bikes, an weight machines.

Bike Path

A scenic bike path runs directly behind the complex - a great option for exploring the area on two wheels. Gulf State Park's trail system is nearby and connects to miles of paths along the coast.

Location & Getting Here

Address - 25805 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, Alabama

Parking - There is covered parking under Grand Caribbean, with specific units having parking areas. There is also uncovered parking available in a large parking area behind the building.

If you are staying at Grand Caribbean, make sure to register your car. There is a fee for parking at the complex. You will need to register your car with the unit # you are staying in.

Boat Parking - Boat parking is available at the back of the parking area. Boats need to be disconnected from your vehicle. Check with your vacation rental company to make sure you can use the boat parking with your rental.
