Indoor Seating
The indoor seating includes tables and comfortable chairs. The restaurant has a great laid-back atmosphere that is perfect for a great meal.
Indoor Bar
There is a small bar in the middle of the restaurant, perfect for talking with the bartenders or locals.
Outdoor Seating
The outdoor seating is a mix of tall chairs and outdoor chairs. Enjoy the great Alabama Gulf Coast in the back area of the restaurant.

Make sure to visit the Sloop hungry and ready to enjoy some amazing food. We suggest getting the Philly cheesesteak sandwich! It is legendary.

Cheesesteak Egg Rolls - Your choice of chicken or steak with sauteed cherry peppers, sloop slaw, all hand rolled to order, fried and served with honey mustard.
Wings - One pound of house brined wings, fried and tossed in bbq sauce. served with carrot sticks, celery, and choice of bleu cheese or ranch.
Sizzlin Shrimp - A dozen Gulf shrimp sauteed in garlic butter, lemon, capers, grape tomatoes, red onions, and sriracha, served with toast points.
Baked stuffed mushrooms - These are the shrooms everyone oohs and ahhs over. mushrooms stuffed with Philly cream cheese and sausage. Baked in Chablis, roasted garlic, parmesan cheese and green onions, then served with toast points.
Chips and Salsa - Get the guac and queso too! It is so good!
Twin Cheeseburger - two 4 ounce certified Angus beef patties grilled to order, served on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, red onions, pickles, and choice of cheese. ADD cheesesteak to this burger! Trust me you will LOVE IT! The taste is unbelievable.
Cheesesteak - Premium thinly sliced steak with your choice of cheese and veggies.
Italiano - Prosciutto, capocollo, genoa salami, pepperoni, and provolone, with tomatoes, romaine lettuce, red onions, EVOO, balsamic, and house blend of Italian seasoning.
Hotwing Hoagie - chicken cheesesteak with buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, hot cherry peppers, lettuce, and tomato, served with either ranch or blue cheese. oh my!
Antipasto Italiano Salad - Provolone, prosciutto, capocollo, genoa salami, and pepperoni on top of romaine lettuce with bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and red onions.
Kids Menu - Grilled cheese, hamburger, or chicken fingers served with house cut-to-order fries.
Gluten-Free - wings, sizzlin shrimp (w/o toast points), boat o fries, basket o chips, cheesesteak party fries, salads,
Vegan - House salad without parmesan cheese, romaine wedge without bacon

Accessibility - There is a ramp on the side of the building leading into the front entrance. Inside the restaurant, there is a fair amount of space to move around.
Plus Size Seating - The chairs inside do not have arms and are comfortable.
Dress Code/Suggestions - casual
Pets - Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant.
Parking - There is a small parking area in front of the restaurant. There is additional parking to the side of the restaurant under the bridge.
Reservations - They do not takes reservations at The Sloop! Be prepared for it to be busy when you visit especially around lunch. This is a local FAVORITE!!!!
