The Cove Bar and Grill

We first went to The Cove to try the Cove Burger because we kept hearing it needed to be on our Best Burgers in Gulf Shores list.

I have to tell you that I am really glad we folded to pressure because my husband said the burger was one of the best he has had in town. It is flavorful, and you can customize it with your favorite toppings.

The kitchen stays open late! If you are craving a burger or good food late at night this is one of the best late night restaurants in town.

They have live music daily so you can relax listening to a local band with great food.

The restaurant has high and low tables inside with comfortable chairs.

Indoor Bar

There is a small indoor bar on one side of the restaurant.

Outdoor Seating

There is a great outdoor seating area with a combination of tables and chairs along with a group of chairs around a long table.

The Cove Menu

The Cove Menu is filled with great options including their epic Cove Burger! They make all of their sauces and dressing in house.

This is upgraded bar food that tastes amazing.

Menu Highlights

Tuna Nachos - house made fried wontons with seared ahi tuna, seaweed salad, and topped with spicy mayo and eel sauce.

Cove Burger -  Hereford or Angus Ground Beef, seasoned and cooked to order over flame roasted chargrill. Served on a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, and hamburger dill pickles. Customize your Cove Burger with jalapenos, bacon, fried egg, fried green tomato, sauteed onions, fried jalapenos, a ½ avocado, and your choice of American, Blue cheese, Feta or Cheddar Cheese. Served with potato chips, French fries, or a small house salad.

Stuffed Avocado - Fresh avocado seasoned and chargrilled then stuffed with either blackened chicken or shrimp, black bean Pico, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then topped with creamy tequila lime avocado sauce.

Cajun Chicken & Waffles - chicken strips fried in Cajun batter then served over waffle sticks layered with house made sriracha and a dollop of whipped cream.

Fish Tacos - three grilled fish tacos on a corn tortilla with spicy mayo and slaw.

Chicken Wings - fried naked or chargrilled buffalo wings tossed in mild or hot buffalo, honey BBQ, or sriracha honey sauce. Served with your choice of ranch or bleu cheese dipping sauce.

Hearts of Romaine Salad - Fresh chopped or chargrilled romaine, topped with tomatoes, red onions, cucumber, feta cheese, and croutons. Served with choice of dressing.

House made sauces include - ranch, marinara, eel sauce, spicy mayo, honey mustard, buffalo mild, bleu cheese, sriracha honey, honey bbq, cove spicy, and buffalo hot.
