One of the great things about staying at the Sanibel Condo building is the views of both the Gulf and Little Lagoon. You can enjoy sunrise and sunset views depending on your location in the building.
This building is located on West Beach Blvd close to the heart of Gulf Shores while still being in a quieter part of the island. It is a couple minutes drive back to the main strip giving you the option of being in the middle of all the fun or enjoying the quiet of sititng on the balcony looking out at the Gulf.

Sanibel has 108 units across 17 floors in two and three-bedroom configurations. All units have floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room leading to large private balconies with Gulf of Mexico views. The building's location between the Gulf and Little Lagoon means higher floor units capture both water views from different angles.
