Floor plans range from approximately 1,100 to 1,400 square feet on the main level with additional space on upper levels in multi-story units.

Two Bedroom, Two Bath with Loft - Same base floor plan as the 2-bedroom with an open second-story loft above the main level. The loft is an open sleeping area rather than an enclosed bedroom and adds sleeping capacity for 2 to 4 additional guests. Some rental listings market these units as 3 or 4-bedroom by counting the loft. Two-story layout with stairs to the loft. Double balcony off the living room in some units. Sleeps 8 to 10.

Three Bedroom, Two Bath - Three enclosed bedrooms on the main level. Some of these units also include a loft above for additional sleeping. Private balcony with bayou views. In-unit washer and dryer. Sleeps 8 to 10.

Five Bedroom, Three Bath - The largest floor plan at Cotton Bayou. Two-story townhome-style unit with three bedrooms and two full baths on the first level - including a King primary suite with an ensuite bath and two Queen guest rooms, plus two additional enclosed rooms on the second level with a shared bath. In-unit washer and dryer. Sleeps up to 10.

There is a great outdoor pool with lounge chairs around the pool deck. There is a restroom next to the pool so you don't have to run back to the condo. The pool also has a covered tiki bar area and seating so you can relax and take a break from the Alabama Gulf Coast sunshine.

Barbecue Area

There are charcoal grills available with a prep table in between them located next to the outdoor pool and tiki bar. There is a great covered seating area at the pool for enjoying your food in the shade.

Private Dock & Picnic Area

 Cotton Bayou Condos has a private dock with a picnic area next to the dock.

A fishing pier with a cleaning station extends over Cotton Bayou for pier fishing right on the property. From the marina, Robinson Island is accessible and popular waterfront restaurants are within easy boating distance. The Gulf is approximately a 10-minute boat ride from the marina.

Tennis Court

 There is a tennis court near the pool deck. There is no shade so make sure you are prepard for the Alabama Gulf Coast sun and heat.
