Charters Landing is a small complex that feels tucked away off of Perdido Beach Blvd. There is a great outdoor pool that overlooks SanRoc Cay Marina and local restaurants. You can walk over to Louisiana Lagniappe, Pelican Grill, Gulf Shores Steamer, and Pizza at the Pass, along with the SanRoc Cay Shopping area.

Charter Landing has 20 total units across 2 stories, all 2-bedroom, 2-bath, at 1,000 to 1,300 square feet. Second-floor units have vaulted ceilings. First-floor units have standard 9-foot ceilings. Many units have been updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, and plantation shutters. Units are individually owned and furnished.
