Centrally located on East Beach within close distance of Gulf Shores Public Beach, Pink Pony Pub, The Hangout, and Gulf State Park Fishing Pier.

Rental Types

Clearwater has 32 total units in two configurations - 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom. All units are Gulf-front with private balconies and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Every unit in the building includes hallway bunk beds for additional sleeping capacity. New sliding doors were installed throughout the building in 2023. Units are individually owned and furnished.

One Bedroom, One Bath - Approximately 650 square feet. King primary bedroom, hallway bunk beds, sleeper sofa. Private Gulf-front balcony.

Two Bedroom, Two Bath - Approximately 850 to 950 square feet. Two King bedrooms, Twin bunk beds in the hallway, sleeper sofa in the living room. Private Gulf-front balcony. Sleeps up to 8.

Beach Access

Clearwater Condo building has direct beach access via a priavte boardwalk with a gate. It is a quick and easy walk out to the sand. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off next to the boardwalk.

Outdoor Pool

There is a great outdoor pool at Clearwater Condo with lounge chairs spread on the pool deck. There is also a nice table and chair set on the pool deck.

Barbecue Area

The Barbecue Area is close to the pool deck with two charcoal barbecues available. There is a picnic table next to the barbecue area.
