Bleus Burger

Bleus Burger is a "hidden gem" everyone needs to visit. It is located in Pelican Place, just down from the Yard Milkshake Bar.

They have the most amazing burger menu! Honestly, if you are looking for a giant burger with great toppings this is the Gulf Shores restaurant you need to visit.

You also need to check out the appetizer menu! Hello, yum! A giant pretzel served with beer cheese-yes, please! A fry platter with three sauces-oh yeah!

Indoor Seating

Bleus Burgers has a variety of indoor seating including tables and booths. They have tables large enough to fit a large group or family.

There is a small indoor bar near the front entrance with a few stools.

BBQ Shrimp - Blueberry BBQ Caramelized shrimp atop potato hash, and arugula, with garlic aioli.

Burnt End Loaded Fries - Crispy fries topped with house smoked brisket burnt ends, BBQ sauce, creamy Carolina, and pickled jalapenos.

Beer Cheese Pretzel - Giant Bavarian pretzel twist fried golden brown, topped with Everything Bagel Seasoning and served with beer cheese.

We order the pretzel every time we visit it is that good.

Fried Green Tomatoes - Fresh green tomatoes, sliced and battered in house, fried golden brown.

Flight of Fries - House fries with roasted garlic parmesan truffle aioli, bacon beer cheese, and gorgonzola cream.

Burnt Ends Loaded Fries - House Fries Topped with Smoked Brisket Burnt Ends, BBQ Sauce, Mustard BBQ Aioli, & Pickled Jalapeños

Fried Pickles - Locally sourced pickle spears, house brined, panko battered served with buttermilk ranch.

Fried Green Tomatoes - Blackened Shrimp atop House Breaded Green Tomatoes, Pink Garlic Aioli, Parmesan

House Salad - Spring Greens, Shaved Red Onions, Tomato Wedges, Gorgonzola Crumbles, Cayenne Candied Pecans & Balsamic Honey Thyme Vinaigrette

Nashville Hot Tots - Scratch made tots dusted with Nashville hot seasoning, Buffalosauce, gorgonzola crumbles, and creamy blue cheese.

Brussel Sprouts - Fresh Sprouts Flash Fried and Tossed with Gorgonzola Cream, Applewood Smoked Bacon, & Pickled Red Onion

Highway 61 Burger - Beef Patty, Smoked Cheddar, Bacon, Candied Jalapeños, Arugula, Crispy Onions, House BBQ on Brioche. Served with fries.

Tavern Burger - Beef Patty, House Smoked Brisket, Smoked Gouda, House-made Steak Sauce, Creamy Carolina Aioli, and topped with an Onion Ring on a Pretzel Bun. Served with fries.

Burnt End Melt - Smoked Brisket Burnt Ends, Gouda Mac, BBQ Sauce on Toasted Sourdough. Served with fries.

This is one of my husbands favorite things to order! He said the flavor is amazing!

Patty Melt - Beef Half-Pounder, Smoked Cheddar, Grilled Onions, & Spicy Garlic Aioli Pressed on Toasted Sourdough. Served with fries.

Hangover - Beef, provolone, over medium egg, potato hash, bacon infused maple syrup, crumbled bacon on a buttermilk Belgian waffle.

Black & Bleus - Blackened Patty topped with Crispy Onions, Baby Arugula, & Gorgonzola Cream & Crumbles on Toasted Brioche. Served with fries.

Voodoo Shrimp tacos - blackened shrimp, marinated vegetable sesame slaw, cilantro jalapeno lime aioli, fresh tortilla chips and hot crab dip.

Pies & Thighs - Bleus Burgers version of chicken and waffles. Hand breaded fried chicken thigh, cinnamon honey butter, cayenne candied pecans, bacon infused maple syrup, all on a Buttermilk Belgian waffle.

Gumbo - Traditional House-made Gumbo with Alabama Conecuh Sausage, Shrimp & Chicken. Hearty & Topped with Fried Okra

The house salad is delicious! We were amazed at how big of a slice of cucumber was included in the salad.

Kids Menu - The children's menu includes chicken tenders, kid's mac & Cheese, kid's burger, and a grilled cheese on sourdough.

Gluten-Free - They have designated gluten free menu items including

Hotty Totty - smoked pork shoulder on scratch made tots, gouda cheese sauce, grilled onions, bacon infused maple syrup and pickled jalapenos.

Chicken BLT Cobb Salad, Voodoo Shrimp Salad, Carburetor Salad, and House salad.

Vegan Options - Salad without meat or dressing.

Vegetarian - Bleus Burger has switched to using beef tallow in their fryers. Make sure to let them know that you are a vegetarian/vegan. They have a dedicated soybean oil fryer available.

They have a falafel burger and a mushroom burger. If you are not a fan of either of these I would check out the appetizer menu.

Hobo Veggie burger - House-Made Falafel Burger, Pepper Jack, Avocado Hummus, Tomato, Leaf Lettuce & Cilantro Jalapeño Lime Aioli on Brioche. Served with fries.

Oyster Shroom - Fried Oyster Mushrooms, Shredded Cabbage, Red Onion, Dill Pickles, Garlic Parmesan Pink Sauce, on a Toasted Cornbread Bun. Served with fries.

There is a grilled cheese on the kid's menu but I was told I couldn't order it even though it sounded fantastic.
