One of the best things about dining at GTs on the Bay is the epic food, great views, and relaxing atmosphere.
We were amazed to see the indoor aquarium in the middle of the dining room with large fish in it. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you are hit with a beautiful view of Wolf Bay.
This epic Orange Beach Restaurant offers amazing bay front dining with stunning views that are hard to compete with.
First Impressions: The Indoor Aquarium and Bay Views
Don't let the outside of the building discourage you from walking in the doors. What looks like a regular restaurant restaurant leads you into a phenomenal view!
The huge wall of windows is perfect for looking outside while enjoying the great air conditioning on a hot summer day. There are large ceiling fans that keep the air moving and everyone comfortable.
Atmosphere and Ambiance for Every Occasion
The menu is filled with unique culinary choices that encompass Gulf Coast coastal favorites.
We really enjoyed our dining experience at GTs on the Bay. Our server offered awesome service and great information about menu options.
The restaurant was filled with locals and visitors to Orange Beach. We could see this becoming one of our favorite places to relax on the back deck and soak in the views.
The friendly atmosphere was really relax and inviting.
Seating Options at GT's on the Bay
Indoor Dining: Aquarium Views and Air-Conditioned Comfort
Indoor seating is perfect for couples or large groups. It consists of tables, booths, benches, and table seating.
Kids will love being near the indoor aquarium and watching the fish swim. Who am I kidding I spent time watching the fish swim by in awe of how big they were.
Bar Seating for Casual Dining
The indoor bar features bar height chairs surrounding the wood bar along with nearby seating.
Outdoor Patio Dining: Wolf Bay Waterfront Experience
There is a great mix of chairs and picnic tables outside along with Adirondack chairs and lounge chairs.
When we were at GTs on the Bay, there were outdoor dining tables set up for 2 - 14 people under great shade umbrellas.
The view of Wolf Bay from the back patio is gorgeous. There is an outdoor bar right next to the patio perfect for picking up a tropical cocktail.
GT's recently added a cover to their amazing outdoor seating offering a great space to relax and enjoy the views while not sweltering in the Alabama Gulf Coast sun.

Blackened Tuna Fish Tacos - Yellowfin tuna blackened rare and served with firecracker slaw, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños and cilantro in flour tortillas.
Shrimp-n-Grits - Large Gulf shrimp sautéed with Worcestershire, garlic, cream and Cajun spices. Served over fried Parmesan grit cakes.
Fried Chicken Breast - Topped with Meunière Sauce served with Crushed Yukon Gold Potatoes and Collard Greens.

Cajun Empanadas - Louisiana crawfish, Conecuh sausage and tasso ham cooked with sweet peppers and creole spices, wrapped in dough and deep fried. Served with house made remoulade.
Firecracker Shrimp - Lightly dusted bay shrimp, fried and tossed in spicy remoulade sauce.
Gingered Calamari - Flash fried and served with a sweet Thai chili sauce.

The "Oinker" - Smoked pulled pork, crisp bacon, red onion, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses and red BBQ sauce.

Catch of the day - This seafood specialty can be served grilled, blackened, or fried. Served with Parmesan grits and roasted veggies.
Surf-n-Turf - A single 4 oz. tenderloin medallion, pan seared and cooked to your liking. Served over Parmesan grits and topped with creamed spinach and mushroom demi glace
Gulf Shrimp Steamer - Chose from a half pound or pound of gulf shrimp.
Shrimp and Crab Combo - Enjoy a half pound of shrimp and a half pound of crab served with corn, red-skinned potatoes, and melted butter.
Chicken Carbonara - Grilled chicken, smoked bacon and baby spinach tossed with bucatini pasta in an egg enriched alfredo sauce.
Creole Linguini - Louisiana crawfish tails, Gulf shrimp and Conecuh sausage sautéed with sweet peppers, tomatoes and red onion. Tossed with linguini pasta.
GTs Special Salad - Half dozen blackened Gulf shrimp on a bed of greens tossed in raspberry vinaigrette with roasted pecans, shaved red onions, smoked bacon and bleu cheese crumbles.
Salmon Salad - Fresh Atlantic salmon chargrilled and brushed with sweet bourbon glaze. Served on mixed greens with roasted pecans, grilled onions and sun-dried peaches.
Caesar Salad - Crisp romaine, shaved Parmesan, and housemade garlic croutons.
Dinner side options include: Crushed Yukon gold potatoes, tater tots, slaw, whipped sweet potato, roasted vegetables, steamed red skin potatoes, corn on cob, parmesan grits, braised collard greens, sweet potato waffle fries, and sauteed baby spinach.

Heath Bar Blondie - Vanilla flavored "brownie" served warm with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, chocolate sauce and sprinkled with heath bar toffee pieces.
Key Lime Pie - You can't go wrong with a slice of classic Key Lime Pie served with a dollop of whipped cream and lime zest. Silky smooth blend of sweet tartness!
Milk Chocolate Crème Brulé - Luscious Milk chocolate custard under a crunchy caramelized sugar crust. YUM!
Fried Coconut Pies - two fried coconut pies topped with ice cream, whipped cream, caramel sauce, and toasted coconut.

Bread Pudding French Toast - Toasted bread pudding topped with powdered sugar and maple syrup. Served with a side of bacon. Make sure to ask for the current selection.
Breakfast Totchos - Scrambled eggs, tater tots, bacon, Conecuh sausage, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.

Dietary Options and Special Menus
Kids Menu - There is a kids menu with a variety of dishes include kids noodles with marinara or alfredo sauce, hamburger, chicken, shrimp, grilled or fried fish.
Gluten Free - The restaurant has a gluten-free menu that includes crab claws, GTs Dip, salads, Shrimp and Grits, Pepper seared tuna, ribeye, and a pork chop. Steamed gulf shrimp or snow crab legs. They also offer a variety of Gluten-Free sides.
Vegan - The self serve fresh made salad bar is perfect for a vegan lunch.
Vegetarian - I ordered a cheese pizza. Next time I look forward to trying the salad bar.

They also have a boat dock at the restaurant so you can boat in for great food.
