Tropic Isles sits in the heart of Gulf Shores on West Beach Boulevard, 0.5 miles west of Highway 59, close enough to walk to The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and the best restaurants on West Beach Boulevard, far enough to stay on the quieter side of the main strip.
The 8-floor low-density building means significantly fewer crowds than the big towers, and the entire building has been renovated from top to bottom, including a new roof, windows, exterior walls and paint, elevator, parking lot, and all new pool furniture and shower area.

Tropic Isles has 40 total units across 8 floors in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom floor plans ranging from 600 to just over 1,000 square feet.
Units are individually owned and furnished. All units have private balconies with Gulf views. The 1-bedroom units feature a hallway bunk alcove and half bath that provide additional sleeping capacity beyond the bedroom count.
One Bedroom, 1.5 Bath - Approximately 600 to 704 square feet. King or queen primary bedroom. Hallway bunk alcove with a pocket door separating the bedroom and bunks from the living area and kitchen. Half bath accessible from the living area. Private balcony with Gulf views. Sleeps 4 to 6 depending on configuration.
Two Bedroom, Two Bath - Approximately 800 to 1,000 square feet. Two bedrooms with Gulf views. Private balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps 6 to 8.
Three Bedroom - Approximately 1,000 square feet. Three bedrooms. Private balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps up to 8.

Tropic Isles has direct beach access via a wooden boardwalk over the sand dunes. There are outdoor showers near the boardwalk for an easy rinse off after a day at the beach.
Make sure to check the daily beach warning flags before entering the Gulf.
Outdoor Pool
The outdoor pool at Tropic Isles has been newly resurfaced and painted, with all-new furniture, railings, and a shower area. The pool is easily accessible from all the condo units and is a great option for cooling off between beach sessions.
Barbecue Area
