A rainy day doesn't have to ruin your beach vacation! There are so many things to do in Gulf Shores when it rains!
As a bonus, most of our rain storms only last a few hours, and then you can head back out to enjoy the beach.
Gulf Shores and Orange Beach indoor activities are perfect for locals, visitors, kids, teens, adults, and really anyone who is excited to try some next-level indoor fun.
The white sand beaches will still be there, along with amazing dolphin cruises, alligators, and all the outdoor fun!
There are a ton of entertainment options that can be done inside out of the rain. While you can't go wrong curling up with a great book and enjoying the views from your vacation rental these are our favorite things to do in town.
Gulf Shores Museum
The Gulf Shores Museum is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and offers the opportunity to learn more about the community.
Admission is free. The exhibits showcase the local community. We really enjoy their Facebook page. They share great photos and info on seasonal events and historic pics of Gulf Shores.

The Wharf Movie Theater
AMC Classic Wharf Theater has the latest movie releases and seasonal movies. You can order snacks ahead of time so you are ready to relax and enjoy a great movie.

Trampoline Park at The Factory Gulf Shores
The Factory is a great place to run around on a rainy cold day in Gulf Shores! They have a trampoline area, foam pits, Ninja obstacle course, adrenaline tower, dodgeball courts, climbing walls, slam dunk hoops, and a rope swing.
They also have a flight simulator, batting cages, arcade games, and ice-cream machines! The Factory offers fun for the entire family.

Bowling Gulf Shores
Gulf Bowl Entertainments Center is located in Foley, AL and offers 35,000 square feet of fun.
Enjoy bowling with 16 state of the art Brunswick Lanes and 7 VIP style lanes, axe throwing, multi-level laser tag arena, hologate immersive VR experience, and 2,500 square feet of the latest and greatest arcade games.

Tropic Falls Indoor Water Park
Tropic Falls indoor water park offers epic family fun! Race down the aqua chaser with three parallel slides, hop on an inflatable and ride down Forbidden Falls, Dare to ride the Serpentine Swirl, Tangerine Scream, and Piranha Plunge Slides!
Tuki's Tower is kid friendly and has a great tropical play structure with five slides and a dump bucket tower.
The entire family will enjoy this tropical oasis waterpark!

Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach has a hot shop, pottery/clay studio, classes, gift shop, and more.
The Hot Shop is a premier hot glass blowing studio and you can learn to make your own glass piece!
The Clay Studio offers you the chance to throw on the pottery wheel or hand build your own piece of art.
They also have adult art classes during the year and kids programs.
The Gulf Coast Arts Alliance showcases regional artists and the amazing work they are producing.

Gulf State Park Nature Center
The Nature Center at Gulf State Park offers the opportunity to learn about native plants and animals that can be found along the Gulf Coast region.

LuLu's Gulf Shores
LuLu's Gulf Shores has great food, an indoor arcade, live music, and so much more! The entire family can enjoy a great meal.
While the ropes courses will most likely be closed due to rain and storm weather they also have a great indoor arcade room!

Adults can enjoy a local microbrewery that has a great selection of beer. The taproom has comfortable seating, live music during the week, and a great vibe.
