We are big fans of visiting OWA Parks and Resort and feel lucky that it is so close to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Alabama.
Living in coastal Alabama, we get to enjoy the beach and have OWA just down the road from us, which feels like a huge blessing.
We find ourselves heading to OWA for fun dining options, thrills on the roller coaster, and soaking in the big water at the wave pool.
The complex includes the award-winning Towneplace Suites and the Tropic Hideaway RV Park if you are visiting from out of town and looking for lodging options.

Tropic Falls at OWA
Tropic Falls at OWA Parks + Resort includes an indoor water park and an outdoor amusement park. This award-winning Tropic Falls park is fun for all ages and family-friendly.
The indoor water park has a fantastic convertible roof to let in the gorgeous coastal Alabama sunshine or protect everyone from our random rain showers.
There is an array of attractions and theme park rides that are great for thrill-seekers and little ones who are ready to try the kiddie rides.
There are loops, twists, and turns waiting for you on these fun rides!

OWA Tickets
Tropic Falls Tickets can be purchased for both the indoor water park and outdoor amusement park or just for the theme park-only tickets.
They have special family 4 pack pricing available along with 2 day admission, Twilight (after 4 pm), senior, military, and 3 and under are free.
If you plan to visit multiple times, we suggest checking out the season passes. They allow unlimited visits to Tropic Falls Theme Park and Indoor Water Park.
Tropic Falls Season Pass holders receive exclusive perks & discounts only available to season pass holders!
There are specific ticketed areas that you need an entrance pass to enter. The Tropic Falls gates are easy to find and clearly marked.
OWA Theater
The OWA Theater hosts year-round concerts and events. The theater has 430+ seats and can handle tribute bands, stage productions, movies, and more with state-of-the-art sound and lighting.
The OWA Theater is available for rent if you have an event you would like to host.

Pickleball at OWA
OWA has the region's first indoor pickleball center! They offer 24/7 memberships and online reservations.
They have four indoor courts and great amenities, including lockers and a comfortable seating area.
There is a pro shop inside, so you can pick up any gear you need.
Brandon Styles Theater
The Brandon Styles Theater hosts the Gulf Coast Comedy Feset, Murder Myster Dinner shows, and the Brandon Styles Shows.
Brandon Styles has a variety show, magic show, Stoked Comedy Hypnosis Show, Trip Down Memory Lane Dinner Show, and Wild Wild Death- Western Murder Mystery Dinner Show to name a few.
Megaverse

Things to know when planning a visit to OWA
Address - 1501 S OWA Blvd, Foley, Alabama 36535
The park is located right off of the Foley Beach Express making it really easy to get to reach from the Alabama Beaches, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and surrounding area.
Hours - Hours vary by season and day of the week. We highly suggest checking the OWA website for current hours.
They also post when outdoor rides may be delayed opening due to weather or events.
Parking - Parking is free for guests. Look for the clock tower to find the closest parking area to Tropic Falls.
Accessibility - There are accessible parking spaces near each of the entrances to Downtown OWA which leads to Tropic Falls.
