Four Winds has 36 total units across 9 stories with only 4 units per floor. All units face the Gulf directly. The building sits slightly in front of the adjacent condos giving it unobstructed views of Perdido Pass and the Gulf Coast stretching west. Built-in bunk beds in most units provide additional sleeping capacity beyond what the bedroom count suggests.

There is a small kiddie pool that is 1 foot deep next to the main pool but in its own fenced area.

There are a couple of charcoal barbecues available on the side of the building with a covered seating area near the bbq's.
