Bluewater Orange Beach
Bluewater is known for having oversized private balconies so you can enjoy gorgeous views of the Gulf! Amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, a barbecue area, and a fitness center.
There is easy beach access over the boardwalk that protects the fragile dune ecosystem.
Condo Types
Bluewater has one floor plan available throughout the building, all 84 units are three-bedroom, two-bathroom condos ranging from 1,250 to 1,368 square feet. Every unit is individually furnished so finishes and decor vary, but most have been updated with flat screen TVs, tile or natural stone floors, and modern kitchen updates.
The layout places the primary bedroom on the Gulf-front side of the unit, with direct balcony access and a water view. The other two bedrooms are positioned near the front door on the other side of the kitchen with a shared bathroom between them. Most units sleep 6 to 10 guests, depending on bedding configuration and pullout sofas.

Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub
The outdoor pool is great with lounge chairs spread around the pool deck. There is a smaller kiddie pool for the little ones to enjoy.
Indoor Pool and Hot Tub
The indoor pool and hot tub are perfect for rainy days in Orange Beach or when you need a break from the hot Alabama Gulf Coast sun. There are lounge chairs along with table and chairs for relaxing in.
Barbecue Area
Charcoal barbecue grills are available so you can grill local Gulf seafood or a great steak. They are located close to the building, so you don't have to carry BBQ tools and food to far.
