The Cottages of Tannin are individual 2-story, stand-alone homes, not a condo building. Each of the 14 cottages is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with approximately 1,230 to 1,295 square feet of living space. Two-story layout with a half bath on the first floor and full bathrooms on the second floor, with each bedroom. Private parking next to each cottage.
