Harbour Place is a great low-density Orange Beach condo complex with only 5 stories and 65 units. The complex has a private boardwalk access to the beach directly from the property.
The complex is located close to great Orange Beach restaurants and attractions, along with local Orange Beach Grocery stores.
Condo Types
Harbour Place has 65 units across 5 floors with one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. More than a dozen units have direct Gulf views while the remaining units face east or west with side Gulf views from the balconies. Units are individually owned and furnished with finishes and decor varying by unit.

Condo Amenities
Harbour Place has direct Gulf beach access steps away from the outdoor swimming pool, an indoor pool that has a swim-through area to the outdoor pool, a barbecue area, and covered parking available.
Direct Beach Access
Harbour Place has a private boardwalk that leads directly to the sugar-white sand of the Alabama Gulf Coast. The beach in front of the building should be less crowded than at larger complexes, which is one of the reasons guests come back year after year.
Outdoor Pool
The outdoor pool has a nice pool deck with lounge chairs, views of the beach, and a really cool swim through area to the indoor pool.
Indoor Pool
The indoor pool at Harbour Place is bigger than I thought it would be. There is a great swim through area to the outdoor pool so you can enjoy the sun and then tuck back inside for some shade without getting out of the water.
There are chairs and places to relax on the pool deck.
BBQ Area
There are four barbecues located on the side of the building, accessed from the covered parking area. There are a couple of tables so you can relax while your meal is cooking.
