This is not a condo tower. It is a beachside neighborhood with a residential feel, beautifully landscaped grounds, a community outdoor heated pool and gazebo, tennis and pickleball courts with a basketball court, and enough space and privacy to feel like you have your own place on the Gulf Coast.
Rental Types
Pleasure Island Villas is a community of villas on stilts with covered parking underneath each home. Units are 2 and 3-bedroom configurations, each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Private balconies with Gulf and Little Lagoon views.
Open-concept main level with granite countertops, LVP and tile flooring, and updated stainless appliances. Units are individually owned and furnished; finishes and decor vary by unit.
Two Bedroom, Three Bath - Approximately 1,400 to 1,600 square feet. Two private bedrooms each with their own bathroom plus an additional half or full bath on the main level. Covered parking underneath. Sleeps 4 to 6.
Three Bedroom, Three Bath - Approximately 1,700 to 1,800 square feet. Three private bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Private balconies with Gulf and Little Lagoon views. Open-concept main level. Covered parking underneath. Sleeps 7 to 8.

There is deeded beach access just 300 feet away, a 2-minute walk across the street from Pleasure Island Villas.
Make sure to check the daily beach warning flags before entering the Gulf.
Outdoor Pool
There is a great community pool in the middle of the vacation houses. The pool deck has lounge chairs perfect for lounging.
Tennis Court / Pickleball Court
There is a combo Tennis/Pickleball Court in the middle of the Pleasure Island Villas. This area also has a basketball court at one end.
