Every unit has 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass with Gulf views, an oversized private balcony, a jetted master bathtub, granite countertops, and large tile flooring throughout. 4-bedroom units feature wet bars with ice makers. Units are individually owned and furnished.
Three Bedroom, Three Bath - 1,707 to 1,770 square feet. King primary bedroom with jetted tub and floor-to-ceiling Gulf views. Two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms. Oversized balcony with Gulf views. Granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer. Sleeps up to 10.
Four Bedroom, Three Bath - 1,948+ square feet. Four bedrooms including a King primary suite with jetted tub and direct balcony access. Wet bar with ice maker. Oversized balcony over 600 square feet in many units with stunning Gulf views. In-unit washer and dryer. Custom cabinetry and luxury finishes throughout. Sleeps up to 12.

Beach Access
Phoenix Gulf Shores has direct beach access via a boardwalk to the white sand beach. There are outdoor showers on walkway so you can easily rinse off before heading back to your condo or the outdoor pool.
Make sure to check the daily beach warning flags before entering the Gulf.
Outdoor Pool
The outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores is one of the highlights of the property. A zero-entry walk-in pool with a fantastic waterslide attached and a lazy river with floats provided for floating. The pool deck is spacious and perfect for the entire family.
Indoor Pool & Hot Tub
The indoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores has a ton of space with lounge chairs available on the pool. Perfect for rainy days when everyone wants pool time but doesn't want to be out in the weather.
There are a couple of indoor hot tubs next to the indoor pool.
Barbecue Area
Phoenix Gulf Shores has a great BBQ area with multiple charcoal grills available. There is a table near the grills so you can relax while your meal cooks or enjoy eating outside.
Exercise Room/Gym
The fitness center is located on the 2nd floor (Lobby level). There are fantastic views of the beach and Gulf from the fitness center while walking on the treadmills or using the bike and eliptical machines
Tennis Court/ Pickleball Court
There is a tennis court on the roof of the parking garage. Make sure to be prepared for the hot Alabama Gulf Coast sun! Depending on the time of day the court will be hit directly with the sun.
