Grand Pointe is a gated Gulf-front luxury condo resort on Gulf Road in the eastern part of Orange Beach, perched directly above Perdido Pass where you can watch boats heading in and out of the Gulf from your balcony.
Grande Pointe
This 7-story, 98-unit Orange Beach Condo complex was designed to maximize the dual views of the Gulf of Mexico stretching to the south and the activity of Perdido Pass and Ono Island to the north.
The location puts you across the street from SanRoc Cay Marina with restaurants, shopping, boat rentals, and fishing charters. The Florida state line and the Flora-Bama are 5 minutes east. The Wharf Amphitheater is 10 to 15 minutes west.
I want to stay at Grand Pointe just to see the epic sunrises over the water and watch all of the boats go by.
Rental Types
Grand Pointe has 98 units across 7 floors in 2, 3, and 4-bedroom configurations. Every unit has 10-foot ceilings, spacious floor plans, and private balconies with views of the Gulf of Mexico, Perdido Pass, or both.
Units are individually owned and furnished with high-end finishes, including granite counters and premium furniture.
Two Bedroom, Two Bath - Approximately 469 to 1,000 square feet, depending on configuration.
Two Bedroom, 2.5 Bath - Spacious floor plan with extra half bath. Up to 1,468 square feet in some configurations.
Three Bedroom, Three Bath - Generous floor plan approximately 1,500 square feet. Sleeps up to 8.
Four Bedroom - The largest floor plans at Grand Pointe. Sleeps up to 12.

Grand Pointe Condo Amenities
Grand Pointe has the amenities of a full resort with outdoor and indoor pools each with its own hot tub, a steam room, sauna, fitness center, a pergola-covered BBQ area with a gazebo, and a boardwalk to the beach with outdoor showers.
Beach Access
Grand Pointe has direct beach access via a wooden boardwalk from near the pool deck. There are outdoor showers available to rinse the sand off before heading to your vacation rental.
Make sure to check the daily beach warning flags before entering the Gulf.
Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub
The outdoor Gulf-front pool at Grand Pointe is large with a big sundeck and lounge chairs spread around the pool deck. The pool has views of both Perdido Pass and the Gulf.
The outdoor hot tub sits right alongside the pool. The BBQ pergola and gazebo are right next to the pool area with a Gulf breeze making the outdoor space genuinely comfortable.
Indoor Pool & Hot Tub
The indoor pool at Grand Pointe features all-glass walls on the east side overlooking Perdido Pass. The indoor hot tub is right alongside the indoor pool. Lounge chairs and deck seating are available in the indoor pool area.
Barbecue Area
Grand Pointe has one of the nicest BBQ areas I have seen at an Orange Beach Condo building. There is a great pergola with comfortable seating. There are a couple of charcoal barbecues available near the tables. The bbq area is near the beach access so there is nice Gulf breeze while you are waiting for your food to cook.
Exercise Room/Sauna
The fitness center at Grand Pointe is located on the main floor looking out to the outdoor poo.. There is a bike, eliptical and a couple of treadmills available.
