Compass Point is located off of West Beach Blvd. tucked back on Little Lagoon. This 70 unit community is close to the beach without being in the middle of all of the actiity.
A great oasis close to everything but also offering a quiet break with peaceful views over Little Lagoon. Compass Point has a private Little Lagoon beach with sand and calm water access right on the property. Being on Little Lagoon makes it perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding.

Compass Point has 70 units across 8 stories in 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom configurations. All units are lagoon-front with oversized private balconies.
One Bedroom, One Bath - 728 square feet. Private lagoon view balcony.
Two Bedroom, Two Bath - 725 to 936 square feet. Private lagoon view balcony, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer.
Three Bedroom, Two Bath - 1,180 to 1,298 square feet. Oversized private balcony with lagoon and potential Gulf views. Fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer. Sleeps 8 to 9.

Private Little Lagoon Beach Access
Compass Point has a private Little Lagoon beach with sand and water access. A great option for families with younger children or anyone who wants a calmer water experience alongside their Gulf beach visits.
Make sure to check the daily beach warning flags before entering the Gulf.
Outdoor Pool
There is a great outdoor pool at Compass Point located right next to Little Lagoon. The pool deck has lounge chairs along with tables and chairs perfect for relaxing.
Indoor Pool
Compass Point has a unique indoor pool in a side building with views out to Little Lagoon. There are lounge chairs around the pool deck.
Barbecue Area
There is a nice BBQ area with picnic tables along with charcoal grills. The picnic/BBQ area has a gorgeous view of Little Lagoon.
Renovated Dock
The renovated dock offers great access to Little Lagoon.
Boat Launch
There is a gated private boat launch available for Little Lagoon.
A fish cleaning station is available at Compass Point for guests coming back from fishing on the lagoon or in the Gulf.
