Tide and Table - Gulf Shores

Tide & Table is the signature restaurant of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Gulf Shores Beach Resort. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner for both guests and visitors.

Tide and Table

We had a great date night at Tide and Table in the Embassy Suites. The menu had great options we both really enjoyed. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable but it felt like a nice date night out in town.

There are great views out towards Gulf Place Beach and the Gulf, especially at sunset when the sky starts to turn pink and glow.

Indoor Seating

Tide & Table has comfortable indoor seating with tables that can fit a date night, family, or friends group.

Lobby Bar

 The Lobby Bar is located next to the entranc to Tide & Table. It is a great spot to relax with a drink before your dinner reservations.

Outdoor Seating

There is great outdoor seating at Tide & Table with views of Gulf Place and the water. This is a great spot to watch people and enjoy the events that happen at Gulf Place.

Tide & Table Menu

 Tide and Table's menu is filled with options ranging from a cup of gumbo to a ribeye and a leg of duck. The menu does a great job designating gluten-free options.

Gather Round (Appetizers)

• Raw Gulf Oysters - Half dozen or dozen, served on ice with classic mignonette, cocktail sauce, lemon, and horseradish. Gluten free. Market price.
• Oysters Rockefeller - Half dozen baked oysters with creamed spinach, herbs, Parmesan, garlic butter, and toasted crumbs. Market price.
• Fried Green Tomatoes - Cornmeal-crusted with pimento cheese, pepper jelly, bacon, basil, and hot honey. Vegetarian.
• Maple Honey Glazed Shrimp Skewer - Arugula salad, maple, honey, and pickled vegetables. Gluten free.
• Gulf Crab Cake with Maque Choux - Lump gulf crab with charred corn maque choux and Cajun remoulade.
• Glazed Pork Belly Bites - Pork belly with Korean glaze, marinated cucumber, and chive. Gluten free.

From the Garden (Salads)

Add a Crab Cake, Grilled Gulf Shrimp Skewer, or Marinated Grilled Chicken to any salad.

• Wedge Salad - Iceberg, ranch, balsamic glaze, blue cheese crumble, pickled onion, heirloom tomato, and candied bacon. Gluten free, vegetarian.
• Pecan and Roasted Sweet Potato Salad - Mixed greens, roasted sweet potatoes, candied pecans, pickled onion, goat cheese, and maple-bourbon vinaigrette. Gluten free, vegetarian.

From the Pot

• Seafood Gumbo - Gulf shrimp, gulf fish, blue crab, andouille, okra, tomato, trinity, dark roux, filé, and rice.
• Crawfish, Tasso and Blue Crab Mac - Cavatappi pasta with cheddar, Boursin, fontina, crawfish, tasso ham, lump blue crab, panko crumb, and creole cream. One of the most talked-about dishes on the menu.
• Gumbo Ramen - Charred corn, carrot, gumbo broth, lemongrass, ginger, marinated egg, gulf shrimp, pork belly, noodles, scallion, and pickled okra. A creative and genuinely surprising mashup that earns its place on the menu.

Smoke and Flame (Entrees)

• Ribeye - Charred ribeye with bourbon black garlic butter, smoked cheddar mash, and charred broccolini. Gluten free.
• Bone-In Pork Chop - Brined and grilled with cracklin dust, dirty rice, fried brussels sprouts, and Jezebel sauce.
• Blackened Fresh Catch - Blackened gulf fish with black garlic risotto, smoked tomato jam, charred broccolini, and emerald oil. Gluten free. Market price.
• Leg of Duck - Crisped leg with bourbon-orange glaze, root vegetable hash, chili crisp, and emerald oil. Gluten free.
• Chicken and Waffles - Fried boneless thigh with jalapeño cornbread waffle, bourbon hot honey, whipped maple butter, candied pecan, and pickled onion.
• Tide and Table Burger - Charred beef patty with smoked cheddar, bacon, smoked brisket, pepper jelly, garlic aioli, and a brioche bun, served with truffle Parmesan frites. Gluten-free bun available.

Breakfast - A complimentary breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:00am to 10:00am for Embassy Suites hotel guests.

Room Service - Available for hotel guests daily 5pm to 10pm from the Tide and Table dinner menu.
