Dine upstairs for lunch or dinner with great service and amazing food. Downstairs, you can enjoy The Cold Hole outdoor restaurant (seasonally), which has seating next to the water or under the deck.
Jesse's on the Bay is the Fort Morgan waterfront sister restaurant of the beloved Jesse's in Magnolia Springs, which has been a community institution for over 75 years. Both restaurants share the same philosophy: premium ingredients, expertly crafted dishes, and genuine Southern hospitality.
Indoor Seating
The indoor seating is incredibly comfortable with gorgeous views out to the water while staying inside enjoying the air conditioning or a break from our Alabama Gulf Coast Weather.
They have space for couples or groups that want to enjoy a meal together.
Indoor Bar
The indoor bar is amazing! I love the bench seat for getting comfy with delicious food and great views of the TV to catch a game. The bartenders can whip up an amazing cocktail from a wide range of options.
Outdoor Seating
Jesse's on the Bay outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying amazing views of the water. You can relax with gorgeous views while enjoying one of the best steaks in the area.
This is one of the best places to enjoy sunset over the water.

Jesse's on the Bay serves lunch daily from 11am to 2:30pm with a lighter menu including sandwiches, burgers, steaks, salads, and lighter seafood preparations.
The Cold Hole Bar and Grill
Open Seasonally. The Cold Hole is a casual outdoor bar and dining space downstairs from the main restaurant with its own menu and cocktails. Seating is right next to the water with views over the bay.
Kids Menu - Grilled cheese, Jesse's junior burger, Creamy cheesy pasta, Breaded chicken tenders, fish n chips. Dessert - Under the sea popsicle, ice cream sundae, or frurit hand pies
Dietary Restrictions - Let the restaurant know when you make a reservation so they can plan for any adaptations. Our server was fantastic with making sure restrictions were shared with the kitchen.
Gluten-Free - Lots of options with steak, grilled seafood, salads, and protein options.
Vegan - Salads, The fries are done in beef tallow along with any other fried dishes.

The restaurant is closed on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
Reservations - The restaurant recommends making reservations for dining upstairs.
Accessibility - There are accessible parking spaces close to the restaurant with easy access to the elevator or downstairs area.
Plus Size Seating - There is comfortable seating without arms on the chairs. Some of the outside chairs have arms so make sure to mention it to the host/hostess if you prefer a chair without arms.
Dress Code/Suggestions - Casual to date night. Jesse's has a fine dining atmosphere without strict formal attire requirements.
Pets - Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor Cold Hole area.
