Windward Pointe sits directly on the Gulf on Perdido Beach Boulevard in the heart of Orange Beach, 5.5 miles east of Highway 59. This 14-story, 84-unit beachfront tower has every unit in the same 3-bedroom, 2-bath configuration.
Oversized private balconies throughout the building with wrap-around balconies on corner units. Gulf views from every single unit.

Windward Pointe has 84 units across 14 floors - all 3-bedroom, 2-bath at 1,200 to 1,281 square feet with the exception of the penthouse. Every unit has an oversized private Gulf-front balcony. Corner units have large wrap-around balconies for expanded views. Units are individually owned and furnished.

Beach Access
Windward Pointe has direct beach access to the gorgeous white sand beaches. There is an elevated boardwalk over the sand dunes. Outdoor showers are available to rinse off before heading to the pool or condo.
Make sure to check the daily beach warning flags before entering the Gulf.
Outdoor Pool & Kiddie Pool
The Gulf-front outdoor pool at Windward Pointe has a large pool deck with lounge chairs and a shaded area to escape the direct Alabama Gulf Coast sun. A kiddie pool sits right alongside the main pool for younger guests.
Indoor Pool
The indoor heated pool and hot tub are available year-round - a great option for rainy days, cooler weather visits, or evening soaks after a day at the beach. Located in the same building as the sauna and steam room and fitness center.
Barbecue Area
Stainless steel grills by the beach are available at Windward Pointe for outdoor cookouts with a view of the Gulf.
Tennis Court
The tennis court is at the end of the parking area with a basketball hoop inside of the fenced area.
Exercise Room/Gym
The fitness center at Windard Pointe has weight machines along with a bike and treadmills. A sauna is also available.
