Gulfside Townhomes is a two-story, 40-unit beachside community that wraps around a central courtyard with direct beach access steps from the pool and a covered parking spot right under your unit.
This Gulf Shores vacation rental option is located a half a mile from Highway 59, walking distance to The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and everything on West Beach Boulevard.
Rental Types
Gulfside Townhomes has 40 units in a two-story townhome configuration with covered parking under each unit. All units are 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath at approximately 1,100 to 1,200 square feet.
The 40 units wrap around a central courtyard. Four units at the far end of the complex face the Gulf directly. Most units have side views of the Gulf of Mexico. Every unit has two private balconies.
Two Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhome - Approximately 1,100 to 1,200 square feet. Two-story living space with ground level covered parking underneath. Two private balconies - one accessible from the living room, one from the primary bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer. Sleeps 6 to 7 depending on bedding configuration.
There is no elevator at Gulfside Townhomes. Both floors of the townhome and the beach access stairs require stair use.

There is direct beach access from Gulfside Townhomes with steps up to a platform that has a hose for rinsing off and then a sand path to the beach. The beach access is near the pool area, making it easy to move between the pool and the sand throughout the day. No street crossings required.
Make sure to check the daily beach warning flags before entering the Gulf.
Outdoor Pool
Gulfside Townhomes have a great outdoor pool in the middle of the complex. The pool deck has a few tables and chairs along with lounge chairs spread out.
