 Ocean House II has 8 floors of condos with two different layouts available. One of the best things about Ocean House II is the outdoor pool! WOW! The first time I saw the pool I had to pause in awe for a moment. It is so much bigger than I thought it would be.

The zero entry access is great for all ages. Perfect for grandparents who want to be able to walk into the pool with little ones.

There is direct beach access with an accessibility mat out to the top of the beach. Making it easier to get out with all of your gear or any mobility restrictions. The mat does not go all the way to the water but it gets you out on the sad easier.

Ocean House II is perfect for multi-generation family trips. There is seating near the pool, easy access into the water, and space for the entire family to relax and find something they enjoy.

Grandparents can be near the grandkids without having to stress about having a place to sit down or if they can get into the water if they want to.

Zero Entry Outdoor Pool

The zero entry outdoor pool for Ocean House II is amazing! So much bigger than I thought it would be. The gradual zero-entry slope makes it accessible and comfortable for all ages. The easy access leads to a big space for soaking in the Alabama Gulf Coast sun while cooling off in the water.

There are lounge chairs spread around the pool deck.

Kiddie Pool

There is a great kiddie pool located next to the zero-entry pool. There is seating next to the kiddie pool so you can store your towels outside of the splash zone. This is a great area for grandparents who want to watch the little ones play but also need a bit of shade and a chair.

Barbecue Area

There are charcoal barbecues available close to the building so you can easily move back and forth while making dinner.

Parking - There is parking in front of the building. Make sure you have a parking pass! There is a sign in the elevator stating that you have 12 hours after a warning is issued to follow the parking rules or get booted. It costs $50 for the boot to be removed plus the cost of the violation.

The enclosed covered parking is for owners only.
