Shoalwater is located right on Perdido Beach Blvd so you can easily explore both Gulf Shores & Orange Beach. There are great local restaurants close to the condo building along with fun mini golf and arcades.

Shoalwater has 72 total units across 12 floors, all 3-bedroom floor plans. Renovated units feature modern kitchens, updated flooring, and renovated bathrooms. Private balconies with Gulf views on all units. Corner units have expanded panoramic Gulf views in multiple directions.

Condo Amenities

Shoalwater in Orange Beach has amazing condo amenities! The direct beach access makes it so easy to spend time in the sand close to your condo. The outdoor pool deck is pretty big with lounge chairs spread out along with tables and Adirondack chairs you can relax in.

Direct Beach Access

Shoalwater has direct beach access via a wooden boardwalk over the sand dunes. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off before heading to the pool or your vacation rental.

Make sure to check the daily beach warning flags before entering the Gulf.

Outdoor Pool

There is a great outdoor pool with lounge chairs around the pool deck. There is a pergola with a picnic table under it great for enjoying snacks and drinks with a view of the beach.

Kiddie Pool

There is a great kid's pool at Shoalwater with a covered area to sit close to the pool. It is 1 foot deep.

Indoor Pool & Hot Tub

The indoor pool and hot tub are perfect for rainy days or when you need a break from the hot Alabama Gulf Coast sun. There are deck chairs available for watching the pool if you don't feel like getting in.

Barbecue Area

Shoalwater has two BBQ areas. The main grilling area near the beach access has charcoal grills with a prep table and picnic table alongside. A second grilling area is located near the front entrance to the building. The pool deck has tall tables and chairs perfect for enjoying your meal with a Gulf view after cooking.

The fitness center has a couple of treadmills along with a bike a weight bench and free weights. There is a sauna

Tennis Court

There is a great tennis court at Shoalwater right when you pull into the property. It is an easy walk from the condo building. There is no shade so make sure you are prepared for the Alabama Gulf Coast sun and heat.

The tennis court also has a basketball hoop at one end.
