Boardwalk is perfectly placed a half a mile from The Hangout and Gulf Place Public Beach. Walking distance to Sea N Suds, Pink Pony Pub, Island Pancake House, Shrimpy's, and everything that makes the East Beach stretch of Gulf Shores so beloved. The building sits directly on the Gulf with no road crossing to reach the beach
There are great 1 bedroom units for couples looking for a beach getaway. They also have 2 and 3 bedroom units perfect for families, friends trips, bachelorette parties, and more.

Boardwalk has approximately 90 units across 10 floors in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom configurations. All units are Gulf-front with private balconies overlooking the pool, beach, and the Gulf. The open-concept kitchen flows into a dining and living area overlooking the water with the balcony beyond. Units are individually owned and furnished with finishes varying by unit.
One Bedroom, One Bath - 610 to 650 square feet. Private Gulf-front balcony. Great option for couples or small families wanting an affordable beachfront Gulf Shores stay.
Two Bedroom, Two Bath - Private Gulf-front balcony, granite countertops in updated units, fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps up to 6.
Three Bedroom - Larger floor plan for families and groups.

Beach Access
Boardwalk Condo building has direct private beach access. There is a gate off the pool deck leading to the white sand beach. Outdoor showers are on the walkway making it easy to rinse off.
Make sure to check the daily beach warning flags before entering the Gulf.
Outdoor Pool
There is a great outdoor pool and lounge area. The pool deck has lounge chairs around the deck so you can enjoy the Gulf breeze.
Barbecue Area
The barbecue area is located on the side of the building with two charcaol barbecues available.
