Vallarta Mexican Restaurant has an expansive menu of classic favorites along with an amazing cocktail menu.

The atmosphere is fun and comfortable for the whole family. The chips and salsa are fantastic. Add some queso cheese dip on the side and it is so good.

Indoor Seating

 The seating at Vallarta in Foley is super comfortable. The chairs have a great padding and you can relax with your chips and salsa.

They have both booth seating and large tables.

Indoor Bar

There is a nice indoor bar with tall chairs and view of multiple tv screens.

Fajitas - Meat choice sizzling with onions and bell peppers. Plus lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, rice, and choice of charro or refried beans. Corn tortillas, flour tortillas, or wheat tortillas

Enchilada Dinner - Two ground beef or shredded chicken enchiladas, topped shredded cheese and red enchilada sauce. Served with rice and beans.

Enchiladas Seafood - Three freshly made corn tortillas filled with a blend of mixed cheeses. Topped with shrimp, crawfish, and baby spinach, sautéed in a creamy chipotle sauce. Served with rice & refried beans.

Tostadas De Ceviche - Your choice of fish or shrimp mixed with pico de gallo, and lime juice. Served with three tostadas and sliced avocado.

Puff Taco - A large crunchy tortilla, filled with ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes and shredded. Topped with chili con carne.

Carne Asada - Served on a sizzling skillet, served with rice, choice of charro or refried beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole and tortillas.

Pollo en Rajas - Tender strips of grilled chicken, sliced poblano peppers, and jalapeños simmered in a delicious cream sauce. Served with rice and beans.

The Cocktail Menu at Vallarta Mexican Restaurant is amazing! Their margaritas are packed with flavor.

My current favorite is the Ocean Margarita that comes with a rubber ducky. The Margarita flights are also delicious.
