The Sazerac House
This interactive cocktail museum includes multiple floors of exhibits. You can learn the history of the Sazerac Company while also learning about amazing New Orleans Cocktails.
This state-of-the-art museum is unlike any I had visited before. It was so good we went back twice in a weekend to make sure we didn't miss anything.
The self-guided tours are a great way to explore on your own and find the exhibits that you vibe with. They also offfer fun special events if you want to learn more
Make sure to plan time to take a photo in front of the unbelieveble staircase. It is a bottle display unlike anyting you have seen before.
The tour starts on the third floor and you work your way down.

Retail Store and Gift Shop
If you are traveling to New Orleans I highly suggest leaving space in your suitcase for the epic things you will find in the gift store.
I was able to laser engrave a bottle of one of my husbands favorite liquors at the gift shop. They also have amazing bar ware, cookbooks, t-shirts, and really more than you would imagine before walking into the gift shop.
Make sure to check out the Sazerac Rye and other bottles that come with a fun Sazerac House charm.
The gift shop is located on the ground floor and is beyond impressive. I have a shopping list in mind for our next visit

Things to know when planning a visit to The Sazerac House
While the Sazerac House is open to visitors of all ages, you must be at least 21 to enjoy samples, participate in tasting sessions and visit the tasting rooms.
A valid government issued photo identification card is required to access the Sazerac House.
Reservations - Space is limited in the Sazerac House for tours. We suggest booking a ticket ahead of time so you know that you can enjoy this epic experience.
