The Saint Hotel is a fun combination of a luxury boutique hotel with unique features that fit with being in New Orleans.
The moment you walk into the lobby, unique art pieces, small touches of luxury, and an ambiance of decadent fun surround you.
We stayed in the Gabriel Suite, which is a one-bedroom suite on the 2nd floor. When you walk into the room, you know you are in for a treat.

One of the things we love about staying at The Saint is that you don't feel like you are staying in a classic hotel environment. Does it have all of the features of a classic New Orleans hotel...of course.
It also has door hangers that feature an angelic or devilish creature so you can decide the kind of night you are having.
The Burgundy Bar in the lobby is bathed in red light and giant chandeliers. The vibe of the hotel carries through in all the small details.

Archangel Gabriel Suite - 1 bedroom, two bathrooms
We stayed in the absolutey gorgeous Gabriel Suite at The Saint Hotel New Orleans French Quarter.

Walking up to your room it is clear you are in for a fun experience. The suite doors do not have numbers on them. They are designated by paintings of the Saint your room is named after. There is also the Archangel Lucifer suite which we really want to stay in.
The Gabriel Suite includes a king bed, 2 full bathooms, sitting area with table and chairs, leather couch, flat-screen tv, and desk area.

When you first walk into the suite, there is a kitchen area with a fairly nice-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, and Community Coffee K-Cups.

The two glass-walled bathrooms include walk-in showers, seperate toilet rooms, and luxury bath amenities.
Even the shampoo and conditioner are themed to the hotel! You will find Saintly Shampoo, Heavenly Hydration Conditioner, and Purify body wash in the showers.

There is a basket of luxury bathroom amenities available on the counter with hand soap, makeup remover wipes, Q-tips, and more.

The bed is comfortable with a semi-firm mattress. There is some give to the mattress but it is not super soft. The large pillows make you want to nestle down in the bed and not move. You can sleep saintly or let the good times roll.
There is an alarm clock with 2 USB charging ports on one of the nightstands. If you are used to sleeping in a quiet house or not hearing city noises you may want to bring a noise machine or ear plugs.
I am a light sleeper and woke up a few times with the city noises. My husband, on the other hand, slept through the night and then some without any issues. I think it really depends on the person if you will need any noise-canceling devices.
The suite has a beautiful exposed brick wall showcasing the original structure of the building.
Other suites include the Archangel Michael Suite with a clawfoot tub.

Hotel Amenities
The hotel has multiple onsite amenities, including a bar, a breakfast restaurant, fitness center, and valet parking.

Resurrection Restaurant
Resurrection Restaurant is located right off of the lobby and offers breakfast in a pure white setting.
Make sure to check out the gorgeous window display for the restaurant from Canal St. The giant gold bell lamp is impressive.

The Burgundy Bar serves craft cocktails in a sophisticated den of vice, featuring delicious cocktails inspired by the seven deadly sins.
Bathed in red light from opulent crystal and glass chandeliers, the Burgundy Bar is the perfect place to enjoy a craft cocktail or local beer before heading out in New Orleans or drifting upstairs to your room.

Exercise Room/Gym
The fitness center features TechnoGym Equipment. Located on the 3rd floor there is a mix of cardio equipment available along with a rack of free weights.
