Panini Pete's Cafe & Market in Fairhope, Alabama, offers great breakfast and lunch with unbelievable beignets.
Panini Pete's
You know the restaurants you hear a lot about and start to worry they won't live up to their hype? That is how I felt before visiting Panini Pete's for the 1st time.
We kept hearing how we HAD to go try their spin on beignets. So many people told us about it I started to worry I was building up the experience in my head.
When we visited for the 1st time, I am happy to say it was bliss from the 1st bite of beignets. Don't worry, there is more than just beignets, but they are pretty darn epic and a must-order.
I would honestly order two orders of beignets to start. You won't want to share them after trying them. We made the mistake of only ordering one order the first time we visited and wished we had ordered some to take with us.
Indoor Seating
There are a couple of options for indoor seating at Panini Pete's. You can sit in the solarium which is also great for private events.
There is also indoor seating near the main entrance to the restaurant.
Outdoor Seating
One of our favorite things about outdoor dining is there are great heaters that keep you warm when it is chilly in the morning.
There are also covers in case a random rain shower happens to pass through Fairhope.
