Causeway Islands Park
The Causeway Islands Parks have re-opened and look amazing! Lots of work has been done to build parking areas and recreational space.
Sanibel Island Causeway Beaches are easy to access and great for a quick walk. Fishing is allowed with a saltwater fishing license if you plan to fish from shore.
Island A is located just after the toll bridge and has pull in parking and portable restrooms.
Island B is located after the 2nd bridge and offers a mix of pull in and parallel parking with portable restrooms.

We found ourselves stopping at the Sanibel Causeway Islands Park for both sunrise and sunset most days. It is so easy to pull off the road into the parking lot and explore the beaches.
Locals and visitors will love the gorgeous views, free parking, and ease of access from the mainland.
The beach park is still a park in progress, with ongoing work being done.
