Sanibel Deli & Coffee Factory

The Sanibel Deli & Coffee Factory has been feeding locals and visitors since 2008 and has earned just about every award the island hands out.

Winner of Best Pizza at Taste of the Islands, Best Dessert at Taste of the Islands, People's Choice at Taste of the Islands, Voted Best Pizza and Deli at Best of the Islands, and named one of the 7 Best Delis in Florida by Best Local Things. That is a lot of hardware for a deli tucked into a plaza.

The Sanibel Deli & Coffee Factory is a surprise that you have to experience. The food is great, but the art on the wall and the snark are amazing. We kept pointing out fun art and quicky things around the restaurant to each other.

Indoor Seating

The Sanibel Deli has comfortable indoor seating with a casual, relaxed vibe. Free WiFi is available throughout the restaurant, making it a popular spot for people who want to get some work done with a good sandwich.

 Tables and chairs are available outside with umbrellas that help provide a bit of shade on a hot Florida Gulf Coast Day.

The menu is enormous and runs from early morning coffee and bagels through a full breakfast, lunch, pizza, wings, and more. The sandwich names alone are worth the visit. There is a real personality to this place, and it comes through in every corner of the menu.

Breakfast Sandwiches (on your choice of bagel, hard roll, croissant, or English muffin) Egg Sandwich, Egg with Cheese, Egg and Meat (bacon, sausage, Canadian bacon, Taylor ham, or deli meat), Egg Meat and Cheese, Bagel with Lox and Cream Cheese, Breakfast Burrito (egg, cheese, meat).

Omelets (available until 11 AM) Three-egg omelet served with toast. Choose your fillings from any meat, onions, peppers, any cheese, or spinach.

From the Grill - The Millennial (avocado toast: toast, egg, avocado, tomato, and everything bagel seasoning), Sausage Gravy over Biscuits.

Sides - Home Fries or Hash Browns, Corned Beef Hash, Yogurt and Granola Parfait.
