Pelican Place Cottages are individual 4-bedroom, 4-bath free-standing homes built in 2023 to Gold Fortified standards at 1,800 square feet each. Every cottage has 10-foot ceilings on the first floor and 9-foot ceilings on the second floor, an open-concept main level, a gourmet kitchen with high-end furnishings, upgraded bunk rooms, a front porch with seating, a private balcony, covered parking underneath, an outdoor shower, and its own BBQ grill.
