During my last visit there was a fun group of ladies having a great time at the pool along with a dad and his two kids playing in the water. Everyone was enjoying the Alabama Gulf Coast sunshine.

Summer Breeze has 51 total units across 3 stories in 1- and 2-bedroom configurations ranging from 750 to 960 square feet.
The building is L-shaped with units on the smaller Gulf-facing portion looking directly at the water, and the majority of units having shared porches facing the pool and courtyard. Units are individually owned and furnished.
One Bedroom, One Bath - Approximately 750 square feet. Private balcony or shared porch depending on unit placement. Fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps up to 4.
Two Bedroom, Two Bath - Approximately 800 to 960 square feet. Private balcony or shared porch. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer. Sleeps 6 to 8 depending on bedding configuration.

Units vary by floor, orientation, and individual owner finishes. Starter supplies provided by Beachball Properties include dish soap, paper towels, a sponge, and one trash bag per can. Plan to bring or purchase additional supplies for your stay.
Condo Amenities
Summer Breeze condo building has a gated entry, direct beach access, an outdoor pool, and a barbecue area. The building is close to Perdido Pass and local Orange Beach Restaurants.
Beach Access
Summer Breeze has direct beach access via a wooden boardwalk. The boardwalk is a bit of a walk from the building so plan ahead, bring a beach cart if you are hauling chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off before heading back inside.
Make sure to check the daily beach warning flags before entering the Gulf.
Outdoor Pool
Summer Brreze has a great outdoor pool near the front entrance to the building. There are lounge chairs available on the pool deck along with a couple of tables and chairs.
Barbecue Area
Summer Breeze has a couple of charcoal barbecues available for guests to use. There is covered seating close to the barbecue units, perfect for relaxing while dinner cooks.
