East Point Cottages are located on East Beach Blvd in a great location! The Hangout is 0.8 miles west. Gulf State Park is 0.2 miles east. The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier is 0.7 miles away. You can easily reach great Gulf Shores restaurants and things to do.
The cottages are cute while being super functional for a beach vacation. The pool is close to each cottage so you can easily walk over for an afternoon dip.

East Point Cottages has 13 individual Gold Fortified beachside homes in a single configuration: 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath two-story cottages at approximately 1,740 to 2,000 square feet. Each cottage is individually owned and furnished. Every unit includes:
- Open floor plan on the main level with living, dining, and kitchen area
- Large private patio
- Covered parking spaces underneath each cottage
- Three bedrooms each with a private ensuite bathroom
- Half bath on the main level
- Stainless steel appliances and full-size stacked washer and dryer
- Tile floors throughout
