Fatty Patty's Cafe is one of our favorite Panama City Beach Breakfast stops. So much so that we ended up eating here twice during our last visit.
The menu is filled with all our favorite home cooked meals, the staff is amazing, and they have fountain Diet Dr Pepper available...what more can you ask for?
Fatty Patty's is not fancy! They have a fantastic down home atmosphere that feels like you are eating with family.

Their affordable prices can't be missed especially with the great food. I feel like we are always planning our next visit while we are sitting in the restaurant.
Each time we look at the menu we find another thing we need to try.
Indoor Seating
There is a choice of booth seating or tables and chairs. The restaurant is casual and comfortable.
Indoor Bar
There is a small indoor bar with a few tall stools available. They have a couple of TV's behind the bar.

Fatty Patty's cafe menu is filled with Southern style dishes, including biscuits and gravy, corn beef hash, sweet tea, fatty patty's cakes, and more.
Menu Highlights - Every single thing we have tried has been delicious! Go hungry!
Breakast burrito - sausage, potatoes, green onions, cheddar cheese, and eggs wrapped in a flour tortilla with house-made southwestern sauce and salsa.
Wild Fries - home fries topped with pepper jack cheese, bacon, sausage, ham, and jalapeno served with a biscuit or toast.
Southern Smothered Chicken Biscuit - A sliced biscuit topped with two chicken strips smothered in white country gravy, served with home fries.
Cinnamon roll French toast breakast - One cinnamon roll sliced in half, cooked French toast style, with two eggs, and choice of bacon, sausage, or ham steak.
Fatty Patty's Omelet - a three egg omelet made with your choice of one meat, one cheese, and three fillers. Served with grits or home fries, toast, biscuit, or English muffin.
Lunch Menu Highlights: Fatty Patty's Cafe lunch menu is filled with sandwiches, burgers, and salads all with large portions.
Hamburger Steak with Gravy and Onions - served with choice of two sides
Traditional Club Sandwich - Ham, turkey, white american cheese, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on white, wheat, or rye bread.
French Dip - sliced beef and provolone on a grilled sub roll, served with Au jus
Cuban - Ham, pork roast, salami, swiss cheese, pickle, and mustard on a pressed cuban roll.
Chicken Salad - southern style chicken salad made with chicken breast, celery, lettuce, tomato, and relish on a croissant.
Fatty Patty Cheeseburger - cooked to order with cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle, and mayo
Gluten-Free - omelet, eggs, bacon, sausage, salads
Vegan - Salads, Oatmeal
Vegetarian - I found a ton of options on the menu that were great. They were happy to remove the ham from the eggs benedict when I ordered it. You can customize an omelet with tons of fillings.
Chubby Challenge - Can you finish the biggest burger on the beach?
3 pound beef patty cooked to order with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a pickle served with a basket of fries!
If you comple the challenge in one hour you receive the burger for free and get a Chubby Challenge T-shirt!

Accessibility - There are accessible parking spaces near the front entrance to the restaurant. The restaurant is on one level with a fair amount of room to maneuver around tables.
Plus Size Seating - The chairs do not have arms on them and are comfortable.
