Colt Grill opened in a 100 year old building they beautifully renovated in the heart of Downtown Foley, Alabama.
The restaurant is a bit unique in that they have counter service where you walk up and order at the front counter and then pick up your food at the back counter.
They also have a full service bar where the bartenders will bring your food to you. This gives you the opportunity to decide if you want to sit at the bar or sit in one of the regular tables and order at the counter.
The restaurant is set up this way so they can save money on employee costs which they use to get the highest quality meat and food possible.

Counter ordering
Colt Grill offers counter order for sit down seating in the restaurant. This is different from bar seating which we will cover below.
When you enter the restaurant you will order at the counter and give them your name. They will call out your order at the back of the restaurant when it is ready.
This helps save on the cost of their meals! It is a really efficient system once you get used to it.
Indoor Seating
The indoor seating includes multiple sizes of tables and chairs. These low tables are designated for counter orders.
The dining room is really comfortable and easy to relax in while enjoying a great meal.
Indoor Bar
The indoor bar is full service with tall bar chairs. The bartenders will take your order and bring your food and drinks to you.
This is a great option if you prefer having a staff member bring your food and keep your drinks refilled.
