We first heard about Cafe Bistro while dining at one of our favorite Gulf Shores Restaurants. Our server told us they were heading to Pensacola Beach for a weekend getaway. We asked them what their favorite Pensacola Beach Restaurants were and they told us they plan their trip around going for pancakes at Cafe Bistro.
They pick a hotel near Cafe Bistro so they can easily walk over in the morning and load up on fluffy griddle pancakes. I knew right then we had to make plans to visit this great Pensacola Beach breakfast restaurant.

Indoor Seating
The indoor seating at Cafe Bistro includes small tables and chairs. There were a few tables put together to fit larger groups.
The restaurant is not huge so most of the tables were set for 2 to 4 people.

There are so many popular dishes at Cafe Bistro it is hard to decide what to order. They have an array of breakfast sandwiches, fruit smoothies, omelets, and so much more.
Breakfast & Brunch Menu Highlights
Strawberry-Banana Pancakes - Two pancakes topped with strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream.
Chocolate Chip Pancakes - Two pancakes topped with chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream.
They also have plain pancakes.
Nutella French Toast - 3 pieces of French toast stuffed with Nutella, topped with raspberry and whipped cream.
Raquel's Griddle - Sausage, egg scramble, American Cheese in between two pancakes.
Shrimp and Grits - 6 grilled shrimp served with gouda grits.
Meat Lover's Omelet - 3 eggs stuffed with sausage and ham, bell peppers, onions, and topped with cheddar cheese.
Farmer's Omelet - 3 egg omelet with ham, bacon, tomatoes, onions, all topped with cheddar cheese.
Eggs on the Beach - 3 eggs served how you want them with bacon, sausage, and toast.
Bistro Platter - 3 scrambled eggs served with a side of hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, and a pancake served with toast.
Alana's Benedict - Two poached eggs served on a toasted croissant topped with spinach, eggplant, and smoked salmon, then topped with hollandaise sauce. Served with a side of hashbrowns. Regular eggs benedict is also available.
Shakshuka - 4 poached eggs in a homemade sauce with tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, bell peppers, and garlic, topped with feta cheese, black olives, and parsley. Served with a side of hashbrowns and a fluffy biscuit.
Biscuits and Gravy - Fluffy biscuit topped with white sausage gravy.
Hawaiian Mango Smoothie - pineapple, mangos and non-fat yogurt.

The Cafe Bistro Pensacola Beach lunch menu includes pizza, sirloin steak, fettuccine, salads, cheeseburgers, and sandwiches.
Sandwiches - Grilled cheese, BLT, Tuna sandwich, cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, and a double cheeseburger.
Big Papa Sandwich - roast beef, turkey, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
Ocean dream sandwich - smoked salmon, cream cheese, egg, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, and onions.

Hours - 7 am to 10 pm
Serving Breakfast until 12:30 PM Daily
(October - February until 11:30 AM)
Please confirm with the restaurant to ensure that the hours have not changed.
Accessibility - There is a step up to the sidewalk. There are ramps along the sidewalk, but the sidewalk is not huge.
Plus Size Seating - There are no arms on the chairs. The chairs are pretty comfortable.
Dress Code/Suggestions - Casual
Pets - Pets are not allowed in the restaurant. Check out Pensacola Dog Beach for easy beach access with your dog.
Parking - There is one-way parking in front of the restaurant. Make sure to turn into the parking lot before the restaurant, or you will need to do a U-turn down the road a bit.
The parking lot is not big. It will be tight for a large truck or SUV. It can happen but know that pulling in and out you may need someone to look for cars whipping through the lot.
Reservations - Cafe Bistro in Pensacola Beach, Florida does not take reservations.
Takeout - You can order takeout and enjoy great food at the beach.
