If you love Bacon, you'll want to visit Bill E's in Fairhope, Alabama! This local restaurant features Bill-E's small-batch bacon in ways you won't believe.
Bill-E's Bacon is serenaded by songwriters while it is smoked...seriously!
The bacon goes through an 8-day curing process with pink salt and heavy-duty brown sugar made with real molasses. They use Berkshire Red and Chantilly White pigs raised on 25 Midwestern family farms.
They rotate the pork bellies every other day to enrich the flavor. They are cold-smoked in hickory, creating a tender bacon flavor that is sweet and savory.
We end up picking up a few pounds of bacon every time we visit the Fairhope restaurant. It is the best bacon we have ever cooked with.
Head to Bill E's to enjoy an evening of live music, lively conversation, and fun in a no frills restaurant locals and vacationers will love.

Indoor Seating
The Bill E's Restaurant indoor eating is comfortable with wood chairs and tables spread throughout the restaurant. The photo above was taken during a visit around Christmas, so the restaurant was decorated for the holidays.
Santa hats are not the norm for the rest of the year. LOL.
Outdoor Seating
The outdoor seating is a mix of tables and chairs along with picnic tables with umbrellas. The courtyard area outside is a lot of fun.

Hold the beans chili - Beef, pork, Bill-E's Bacon and Key's southern spice
Old 27 Burger - Dill Pickle and Comeback Sauce, lettuce, tomato, and caramelized onions. Served with choice of house made chips or French Fries.
Ole Texas Burger - Jalapenos, Key's Southern spice, Comeback sauce & Swiss on Texas Toast.
Holy Cow Burger - Famous knife and fork signature burger held together with Swiss cheese, smothered in peppercorn cream sauce.
Kids Menu - slider burgers (2), fried chicken tenders, mac n cheese, grilled cheese, or a hot dog served with choice of chips or fries, and a beverage.
Gluten-Free - grilled pineapple, pulled pork plate,
Vegan - Cole slaw, grilled pineapple, salad without cheese and bacon
Vegetarian - Veggie burger with dill pickle, comeback sauce, and Swiss cheese.
I enjoyed a great grilled cheese sandwich.
Signature Cocktails - Snoop's Cherry Limeade, Spicy Paloma, Strawberry Cucumber Spritzer, Bill e's Maple Bacon Old Fashioned, Pepperoncini martini, pickle and lemon martini, dreamsicle martini, and of course a bacon martini.
You can order beers for the kitchen so they can enjoy a round of beer after shift!

Pets - Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant.
