The Dunes
The Dunes is a great condo complex in Fort Morgan with an amazing swim-thru pool. Located about 20 minutes from the heart of Gulf Shores you can enjoy a quiet beach vacation while still being able to easily drive into Gulf Shores if you feel like it.
The Fort Morgan Ferry is just down the road. If you feel like taking a day trip to Dauphin Island, you can also easily explore Fort Morgan Historic Site, or enjoy dinner at a great Fort Morgan Restaurant.
Rental Types
The Dunes has 68 total units across 7 to 8 floors in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom configurations. Corner units on higher floors have panoramic views of both the Gulf and the Bay simultaneously. The primary suites in many 3-bedroom units have their own private balcony. Many 1-bedroom units include hallway bunk beds for additional sleeping capacity. Units are individually owned and furnished.
One Bedroom, Two Bath - 737 square feet. Most units include hallway bunk beds plus a sleeper sofa - a King primary bed, bunk beds in the hall, and a queen sleeper sofa allows sleeping up to 6 comfortably in a 1-bedroom unit. Gulf view balcony. Fully equipped kitchen.
Two Bedroom, Two Bath - 978 to 1,020 square feet. Two bedrooms. Private balcony with Gulf. Fully equipped kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer in most units. Sleeps 6 to 8.
Three Bedroom, Two to 2.5 Bath - 1,296 to 1,360 square feet. Three bedrooms including a primary suite with private balcony access and ensuite bathroom. Corner units have simultaneous Gulf views. Tile flooring and granite countertops in renovated units. Sleeps 8 to 10.

Beach Access
The beach is a 2 to 4-minute walk from the building via the community walkway. Make sure to check the daily beach warning flags before entering the Gulf.
Outdoor Pool
The outdoor pool at The Dunes has a great pool deck with lounge chairs and connects directly to the indoor pool through a swim-through opening. A hot tub sits alongside the pool area for relaxing after a beach day or an evening soak.
Indoor Pool
The indoor pool connects to the outdoor pool via a swim-through making it easy to move between inside and outside without getting out of the water.
Barbecue Area
The BBQ area is on the west side the building with a great covered area for relaxing while your meal cooks. There are multiple charcoal grills to choose from.
Exercise Room/Gym
The fitness center is located near the indoor pool with a treadmill, bicycle, eliptical and free weights with a weight bench.
