It is hard to describe the level of service you will receive at Voyageurs. Our server, Christina, was absolutely amazing.
She had us laughing, offered impeccable suggestions on making our meal even more impressive, and created an experience we can't wait to have again.
Christina handled my vegetarian requests without blinking an eye. She offered the perfect suggestions that enabled me to have a truly amazing meal without meat.
My husband knew he wanted an epic steak. Christina guided him through the options for taking the steak to the next level.
She was able to take what we love and turn it into a dining experience that was next level.
Every single bite of food was impeccable. The flavors the culinary team is able to create are the best we have found on the island.
The purple sweet potato gnocchi is a must-try! Its subtle flavor, with hints of garlic and spice, blends with parmesan cheese to create a side dish that became my entire meal.
Fair warning: the salt-crusted baked potato will ruin all future baked potatoes. My husband made an audible noise of delight when he tried the Bayside Bleu Mac with Bill "E' Bacon and roasted tomatoes.
When my husband tried the Gulf Shrimp crown on his dry-aged porterhouse, he closed his eyes in bliss. His reaction was next level when he tried the porterhouse he said it was one of the best steaks he has had anywhere in the world.
The menu highlights ingredients from local farms and suppliers, including Admiral Shellfish, Sweet Grass Dairy, Local Lettuce Heads, Bill "E" Bacon, Bayou Cora, Two Brooks Farm, and more.
Chef Brody Olive was born in Birmingham, Alabama, and raised in Newnan, Georgia. He studied at Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina, before professional training with Chef George Reis at Ocean Restaurant in Birmingham.
