Craft Gourmet Bakery
We first visited Craft Gourmet Bakery after seeing their weekly bread menu. We wanted to pick up some of their fresh bread for the week.
While we started going for the bread we continued going because the desserts, breakfast pizza, and sweet treats are amazing.
Indoor Seating
There is comfortable indoor seating with tables along a long bench and chairs on one side. This is a really great breakfast date spot!
Outdoor Seating
There are a couple of tables and chairs outside perfect for enjoying the gorgeous Florida Gulf Coast weather (Maybe not in July or August) but the rest of the year it is perfect.

Craft Gourmet Bakeries Menu includes daily breads along with additional breads on specific days of the week.
Daily breads include: French Baguette, Black Garlic Sourdough Baguette (SO GOOD), Herb & Garden Focaccia, Red Sea Sourdough, Kalama Olive Sourdough (Buy 2 loaves, Trust me)!
Additional breads by day include : Tuesday/Dill Pickle Rye, Wednesday/Whole Wheat, Thursday/Japanese Milk bread, Friday/Baker's Choice, Saturday/Cheddar jalapeno sourdough

Cookies - Earl Grey chocolate chip, Richard's Mocha crack cookie, Funfetti cookie, and seasonal flavors
Desserts include - Peanut butter moussa, almond tart, seasonal cheesecake flavors, daily cupcakes, daily roulade, gelato, affrogato
Breakfast Menu - Available at the Craft on Scenic Highway
Khachapuri - Focaccia dough loaded with mozzarella, feta, and parmesan cheese with an over easy egg and butter, topped with arugula and pickled onion salad.
Breakfast pizza - Focaccia dough, marinara sauce, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sage, goat cheese, mozzarella, watercress, and sausage
Cookie Butter Cornflake French toast - Cookie butter cream cheese layered between Challah slices that have been soaked in custard and then finished with crunchy Corn flakes, whipped cream, and a raspberry coulis.
They also have breakfast burritos, Scratch made biscuits, croissant breakfast sandwich, Chai spiced granola, cheddar & Swiss quiche, and a mozzarella, mushroom, herb and feta quiche.
