If you are looking for a nice easy, family-friendly hotel in Sandestin, the Courtyard Sandestin at Grand Boulevard is great. We stayed at the hotel during a holiday event, and it was just what we needed.
There is a large parking area in front of the hotel, easy access to local restaurants and shopping, and a quiet space for a good night's sleep.
I was honestly amazed at how great I slept in this hotel. Our room was super quiet and comfortable. We would happily stay here again for a future trip to the area.

The largest occupancy room at Courtyard Marriott Sandestin at Grand Boulevard is the Suite, with a maximum occupancy of 5.
We stayed in a King Guest Room with a balcony that overlooked the pool and back parking area. The bed was firm but comfortable. I was really impressed with how quiet the room was.
We didn't hear any road noise until we opened the balcony door and were amazed at how close it was.

The couch is comfortable with more than enough space for two people. There are USB and electrical plug-ins on the side of the couch, but it was not plugged in during our stay.
There is a mini fridge and a microwave, perfect for storing beach snacks or late-night goodies.
We would definitely stay at the Courtyard Sandestin Grand again during a trip to 30A or exploring South Destin. It is close to Destin Commons, 30A, and more.

The Courtyard Sandestin Grand has an outdoor pool and whirlpool, fitness center, 4 event rooms, and an onsite Bistro.
The front desk is available 24 hours a day along with the Market, Fitness Center, Guest Laundry and Business Center.
Guest Laundry is located on the 1st floor. It is $3 a load with quarters only. The front desk has quarters (bring cash to exchange). Detergent is also available from the front desk.
Outdoor Pool
The outdoor pool has great loung chairs and benches along the side for relaxing in the Florida Gulf Coast sunshine.
There is also a Whirlpool on the pool deck.
