Buccaneer Pirate Cruise
We had so much fun on the Buccaneer Pirate Cruise! It is a true adventure of a lifetime for adults and kids to enjoy.
The Buccaneer Crew does an amazing job of keeping kids entertained, adults laughing at the jokes that could have double meanings, and making sure everyone enjoys their experience.
This popular cruise is a nonstop adventure with water gun fights, learning to swab the decks, pirate stories, treasure hunts, and so much more.
The entire cruise is filled with entertainment and fun. It didn't feel like there was any downtime during our adventure. The pirates play off of each other and know just when the adults need a big laugh.
Kids truly had the time of their lives during pirate training. Watching them rush around the deck looking for buried treasure, sword fight (safe foam swords), and respond to being lads and lasses was amazing.

Pirate training happens on the main deck in the large circle that is painted on the floor. There are bench seats on the sides of the main floor so adults and parents can easily view pirate training.
If you need a break from pirate training or the Florida Gulf Coast sun, there is indoor seating in the galley area along with upstairs on the 2nd level.

The galley has snacks, drinks including beer, wine, and cocktails along with fun pirate souvenirs including pirate hats and eye patches.
The pirate hats are a lot of fun and perfect for fun vacation photos.
Towards the later part of the pirate cruise there is story time for the kids in the lower section of the ship. The story time can be accessed via a circular staircase into the storytime space.
If you are not a fan of indoor spaces on a boat/ship or you are not a fan of spiral staircases on a moving boat you may want to have someone else plan to enjoy storytime. It is only 10ish minutes.
After storytime the kids and adults have the opportunity to look for treasure that has been lost at sea!
This moment was amazing watching everyone look over the sides of the pirate ship in hopes of seeing the treasure chest.

Address - Located in HarborWalk Village Marina
100 Harbor Boulevard, Suite A (Marina Level)
Accessibility - The main deck of the Buccaneer is accessible for manual wheelchairs only. Scooters and motorized wheelchairs will not fit on the ship.
Plus Size Seating - There are long benches along the side of the ship that are comfortable. Inside, there is bench seating along a long table.
Dress Code/Suggestions - Casual, be prepared for the Florida Gulf Coast sunshine and weather. There is a water gun fight on the main level during pirate training so you may get a tiny bit wet if you are near the fun.
Restrooms - There is a bathroom on board and it has a lot more space than I was expecting on a pirate ship.
Pets - Pets are not allowed on the pirate ship
Parking - Parking is available at HarborWalk Village.
During the busy season HarborWalk Villages charges $20 per vehicle to park.
