*** The Burris Farm Market building is now gone. It has been removed. A WaWa will be built in the same location ***

If you are local to the Alabama Gulf Coast or a visitor heading to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach via Highway 59 you will pass by the Burris Farm Market!

When you see the giant inflatable fruit or vegetables outside, you know you have reached the right place.

I highly suggest stopping in to grab some fresh produce to take with you to the beach. Every time we visit Burris Farmer Market, we are in awe of the produce.

Coming from the Pacific Northwest, where a lot of our produce had to be flown in or trucked in I am so in awe of the huge watermelons, epic tomatoes, and all of the different field peas that are available.

I will admit that I had to Google some of the produce because I had never heard of it. We don't get pink eye peas, cream peas, green peanuts, and so many other things in Spokane, Washington.

At least not at the grocery stores I had been shopping at. Now I plan time to stop for fresh local produce every chance I get.

The whole family will fall in love with the large selection of produce, snacks, and grocery items. I love that we can support local farmers in Baldwin County.
