Fish Heads restaurant is located close to the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico providing epic Gulf views.

During one of our visits we watched a storm roll in right at sunset and it was unbelievable. It went from sunny to torrential downpour to a double rainbow in minutes all while the sun was going down.

Fish Heads offers seafood plates, signature cocktails, outstanding food, all next to the pool area of the Fairfield Inn and Suites and the beach.

If you are visiting on one of our gorgeous hot summer days you will love their signature bucket drinks. Be prepared they taste amazing and pack a punch.

Fish Heads offers covered outdoor seating with a great beach vibe. The restaurant is completely open-air spot with stunning views of the white sand beach and Gulf of Mexico.

Menu Highlights

Appetizers - Chips & salsa, guac, or queso, Calamari, grouper fingers, nachos, and peel & eat shrimp.

Salads

Caesar - Romaine lettuce chopped, shaved parmesan, croutons, tossed in caesar dressing. Optional add in pulled chicken, grilled blacked or fried shrimp, fresh catch or carne asada steak.

Southwest cobb - Chopped romaine topped with shredded chicken, house made pico de Gallo, guacamole, cotija cheese, topped with roasted jalapeno and red pepper crema.

Sandwiches - Chicken Club, shrimp po'boy, fresh catch (fried or lightly blackened), The Fire Bird (fried chicken breast)

Chicken Club - Grilled chicken breast with bacon, gouda, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayo, and guacamole on a toasted brioche bun.

The Fire Bird - Fried chicken breast tossed in a Thai chili with chipotle lime mayo, shredded red cabbage, pickled red onion, thinly sliced jalapeno on a toasted brioche bun.

Fish Heads’ famous tacos - Margarita Shrimp, favorite fresh catch fish taco (fried, grilled, or blackened), carne asada tacos, or surf & turf fajitas.

Beachside Burgers and hot dogs - The original, smokehouse, naked dog, or chili cheese dog.

Plates - Fried shrimp plate, chicken tender basket, or fish head platter

Sides - Queso, fries, Fish Heads’ house-made coleslaw, or a cup of chili

Desserts - Funnel cake fries with caramel, chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich, or key lime pie.

Kids Menu - The Fish Heads restaurant kids menu includes fried chicken tenders, a hamburger, or grilled cheese served with fries.

Gluten-Free - chips and salsa, grilled fish, blackened fish, shrimp

Vegan - nachos, fries

Vegetarian - Cobb salad remove the chicken, house-made coleslaw, chocolate chip cookie ice cream, key lime pie.

Possibly the grilled cheese from the kids menu.

Fish Heads' Cocktails - Fish Heads Bucket Drinks, margaritas, strawberry daiquiris, Piña Coladas, Bushwackers, Classic mojito, Moscow Mule.

They also offer Red Bull signature drinks, wine by the glass, and canned beer, draft beer, seltzers, energy drinks. and Pepsi products.

Fish Heads Bucket - 5 different types of rum including mango, pineapple, banana, and coconut rum with orange juice and pineapple juice, finished with grenadine.

Pink snapper bucket - Jameson orange, peach schnapps, cranberry juice, and Red Bull Energy drink.

Plus Size Seating - The chairs do not have arms and were pretty comfortable

Dress Code/Suggestions - beach casual, don't be surprised if people are relaxing in a bathing suit or beach wear.

Pets - Pets are not allowed in the restaurant

Parking  - There is a large parking lot in front of the Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel.
